At LuxeNest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Custom or personalised orders
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@luxenest.com.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please email us at support@luxenest.com.co with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
