All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 SGD. Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs & Duties
